We use Australia Post eParcel and Star Track Express services.
The options for shipping are:
- Standard Delivery (7 - 10 working days*)
- Bulky Delivery (7 - 10 working days***) – by quote
*** Bulky delivery refers to orders of large / bulky OR hazardous items. Additional delivery fees apply to these since they necessitate extra packaging, handling, and may take longer to deliver. Also, some items such as large sheets of paper require extra and careful packaging and may incur a small extra fee.
Regarding location: ARTtime may not be able to deliver to non-mainland addresses (Tasmania excepted)
While we expect our inventory to be correct, there is a possibility stock may not be available at the time your order is confirmed and paid for. We will let you know as soon as possible if anything you have ordered is out of stock, and issue a complete refund for the product/s.

All orders will ship between 3-5 working days from completion of order, as we only post out on Tuesday & Fridays. ARTtime will not be held responsible for delays in delivery where events occur beyond our control.
We wish to advise that ARTtime is not responsible for any loss suffered due to damage, delay, or non-delivery by the courier company as ARTtime’s responsibility ends when the goods are loaded onto the carrier.
Customers, if they so desire, can arrange their own transport.
Oversized, Bulky or ‘hazardous’ goods (i.e. flammable)
Bulky & Dangerous Goods items will be charged on top of the standard shipping costs, at the time the order is made.
If the freight quote from our courier services is greater than what we had predicted we will contact you.

Receiving your goods
A signature is required. Please ensure you or an authorized person are present to sign.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details enabling you to arrange pick up at your local Aust. Post outlet, or Courier depot. Alternatively you may contact us to arrange re-delivery at your cost.
